Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or order cancellations.  If there is an error from our end, we will remedy the situation immediately.

What is turnaround time?

For weddings, we suggest booking as far out as possible.  On average our brides book us anywhere from 2-6 months in advance. 

Design time is based on scope of project.

Once designs are approved, production is 4-6 weeks.

For semi-custom stationery and party invitations, the turnaround time is 7-10 days after final proof approval.

For party goods, the turnaround time is 15-20 business days after final proof approval.
